Speak & Spell – Preview

“It’s a lot, it’s a lot, it’s a lot like…. Live”

SPEAK AND SPELL – JANUARY 27th – Tickets Available Here

On January 27th Europe’s leading Depeche Mode tribute band SPEAK AND SPELL return to St Paul’s Worthing looking to repeat last year’s incredible SOLD OUT show, bringing their amazing sound and light show back to this fantastic venue.

If you are a fan of the “Boys from Basildon’s” music this is the next best thing to seeing them live. SPEAK AND SPELL are not just performers, but fans, so know how to make every gig a special event, they know that “Everything Counts” and create a show that led to them playing Glastonbury in 2017.

What makes Speak and Spell different from most other tribute acts is their attention to detail, all of them are professional musicians and technicians and the members of the band have sought out the same instruments as Depeche Mode, in fact some of their kit was originally owned by the band.

They work from the same sound banks and libraries and if needed, they fashion their own technology to faithfully recreate the sound and feel of Depeche Mode, witness the famous Spook-a-phone drum triggers or the “Masses” pads. Their aim is to present the sound, the look, the energy and the emotion of a real Depeche Mode concert, but up close and personal.

A SPEAK AND SPELL show will range far and wide across the Depeche Mode canon with songs from all periods of the band history, often including rare songs and B sides.

From the programmed light show to the stage set up, from the kit to perfectly rendered versions of songs such as; Pipeline, Just Can’t Get Enough, See You, Everything Counts, People are People, Stripped, Personal Jesus and Walking in My Shoes, SPEAK AND SPELL work incredibly hard to make you feel like you have been part of an event, not just a gig.

SPEAK AND SPELL tailor make every set to get the best from the venue, so why not get yourself down to ST PAULS WORTHING on Saturday 27th January I promise you it will bring Some Great Reward
